Our Conglomerate
Pacific Online is part of the Belle group of companies, with 50.1% stake owned by its gaming-related business arm, Premium Leisure Corporation (PLC).
Aside from its lottery holdings, PLC has an interest in the development of City of Dreams Manila, an integrated entertainment and gaming complex located at PAGCOR Entertainment City in Paranaque. This publicly listed company is partnered with Melco Resorts and Entertainment (Philippines) Corporation.
It’s Mother Company, Belle Corporation (Belle), is one of the leading developers of sustainable resort destinations and leisure properties in the country. Belle’s first and foremost development is Tagaytay Highlands, a residential and mix-use mountain resort with golf and country clubs.
